Choose one of tasks 7.1 or 7.2. The rest are bonus tasks.

Task 7.1 – Prepare me for the management meeting (Copilot Chat)

I have a management meeting on Thursday. Based on the calendar invitation, my e-mails and documents from the last week, prepare me: for every agenda item write the current status, what is expected from me and which decision I propose. At the end list 3 things I still need to verify.

Play a critical CFO. Which 3 uncomfortable questions will you ask me about D1 WIM and about the service in Košice?

Task 7.2 – Bid / no-bid Brezany (Researcher)

  1. In Copilot Chat choose the Researcher agent.
  2. Enter:
I need a recommendation whether TRAXIA should bid for the Brezany municipality smart parking tender. Use the tender /Vyzva_Mesto_Brezany_smart_parkovanie, /Strategicke_podklady_2027 and the e-mail from Lucia Tóthová. Compare the participation conditions with our capabilities (references, ISO 27001, Smart City capacity in 2027), assess the contractual risks and the option with partner DATALINK. Output: a table of conditions met, top 5 risks, recommendation BID / NO-BID / BID WITH PARTNER with reasoning.
  1. Researcher may ask clarifying questions – answer them. It takes a few minutes; meanwhile continue with a bonus.
What Researcher should find

ISO/IEC 27001 is missing (audit only in 03/2027) → only possible with a partner. Only one parking reference, below EUR 500,000 → a partner reference or a traffic-control reference is needed. Smart City capacity in Q1 2027 is only 2 people. An uncapped penalty of 0.1 % per day is unusual.

Bonus A – D1 WIM project notebook

  1. Copilot app → Notebooks → New notebook “D1 WIM Prešov”.
  2. Add references: the control-day transcript, the SENSOTEC amendment, e-mails from Tomáš and Klaus, the Zakazky file.
  3. Ask: “Create a project timeline and a list of open risks with owners.”

Bonus B – Your own agent “SM-07 purchasing assistant”

  1. Copilot → Agents → Create agent (Agent Builder).
  2. Description: “The agent answers managers’ questions about purchasing and contract rules according to policy SM-07 and checks draft contracts.”
  3. Add the file Smernica_SM-07_Nakup_a_zmluvy.docx from the Team TRAXIA – Vedenie divízií (Firemné dokumenty) as knowledge.
  4. Test: “Can I pay a supplier a 40 % advance?”, “Who approves an amendment worth EUR 312,000?”
  5. Don’t share the agent yet – just try it.

Bonus C – Analyst

@Analyst From /Servisne_tikety_Q3_2026 calculate the average resolution time by region and priority, test whether the difference Košice vs. other regions is statistically significant and estimate how many technicians Košice would need to reach a 92 % SLA.

Bonus D – Pages

Open the result of task 7.1 or 7.2 as a Page (Edit in Pages) and see how you would share it with a colleague.
